RONALD B. PADEN
SUMMARY
After gaining over 19 years of experience in the architectural
profession, I decided to venture out on my own and start my own company,
Lazarus Designs. My goal in starting Lazarus Designs was to bring high quality
design to the residential market, with a focus on unique and creative designs where
aesthetics, efficient planning, design customization and personalization are a
priority. My experience in dealing with a wide range of clients has given me a
diverse pool of client experience to draw upon. The wide range of projects
through which I’ve gained experience on (from detail generation, problem
solving, design and project management) enables me to apply a project focused
mindset to the particular task at hand, regardless of complexity and size.
These skills transcend industry and professional boundaries, and can be applied
to a diverse range of projects, problem solving, and task management.
